DEXROM GROUP provides flexible warehousing and related warehouse services from its facility in Chiajna, Bucharest–Ilfov, with convenient access from Bucharest’s Ring Road and the A1 motorway. Our solutions are designed for businesses that need reliable storage for short, medium or long periods.
We handle palletized goods, boxes and parcels, e-commerce inventory and other non-perishable products. Storage capacity, handling requirements and additional warehouse services are assessed according to each customer’s needs.

Palletized Goods Storage
We store Euro pallets, non-standard pallets, half pallets, palletized IBCs and other palletized goods in standard rack bays, under ambient, non-temperature-controlled warehouse conditions.
Multiple pallet types can be included in the same request. Your indicative estimate is calculated based on storage type, quantity and expected storage period.

Boxes & Parcels Storage
We provide flexible storage for boxes, parcels and other non-palletized goods that can be kept under ambient warehouse conditions. Goods can be organized by batch, product type or individual unit, depending on volume and access requirements.
Pricing for this category is not calculated automatically. We review the quantity, dimensions, weight and expected storage period, then provide a tailored quotation based on the space required and any additional warehouse services.

E-commerce Inventory Storage
DEXROM GROUP provides warehousing for e-commerce inventory stored on pallets, in boxes or managed as individual units, depending on volume and product requirements.
Our current service covers storage and agreed warehouse operations at inbound and outbound stages. Order fulfilment and last-mile delivery to end customers remain managed by the client.

Fulfilment & 3PL Services
We are preparing to expand our services to include order processing, picking, packing and dispatch preparation as part of an integrated 3PL offering.
Service availability will be announced once the operational workflow is fully implemented.
Non-Perishable Goods Storage
We can store packaged goods that do not require temperature-controlled conditions and are suitable for standard ambient warehouse storage.
Before confirming a quotation, we review the nature of the goods, packaging, weight, dimensions and any specific handling requirements.

Acceptance is confirmed after we review the information provided.
Perishable goods, temperature-controlled products, hazardous materials and other goods with special storage or handling requirements are subject to prior review and may not be accepted.
Additional Warehouse Services
In addition to storage, we provide inbound and outbound handling, cross-docking and other value-added warehouse services. Standard rates are shown below, while additional operations are quoted separately based on your requirements.
Inbound & Outbound Handling
Inbound handling: 7 RON + VAT / pallet upon receipt.
Outbound handling: 7 RON + VAT / pallet upon final dispatch from the warehouse.
Cross-Docking
Goods are unloaded from the incoming truck, held in the warehouse for up to 1 hour without being placed into storage, then loaded onto another vehicle.
Rate: 20 RON + VAT / pallet.
After the first hour, an additional 5 RON + VAT / pallet is charged for each extra hour.
Pallet Services & Wrapping
Palletizing, repalletizing, stretch wrapping and partial pallet release with rewrapping, as required.
Rates are quoted according to the operation requested.
Scheduled Receiving
We agree the receiving date and time in advance and review the operational details required for your delivery.
Inbound and outbound handling are charged separately from storage. Cross-docking has its own rate. Palletizing, repalletizing, wrapping and other additional operations are quoted separately based on the services required.
