Throughout this document, the company will also be referred to as “DEXROM GROUP”, “we” or the “Service Provider”.

2. Purpose and role of the website

The website presents warehousing services and related operations available in Bucharest–Ilfov and allows visitors to:

  • view information about the services and available rates;
  • obtain an indicative estimate for palletized goods storage;
  • submit a request for a customized quotation or verification;
  • request information through the contact form;
  • provide the information required to assess a request.

The information published on the website is general in nature and does not constitute a contractual offer in the absence of a specific statement regarding a particular service, volume, type of goods or storage period.

3. Who the services are intended for

The services presented are primarily intended for companies, professionals, online stores and other organizations that require storage space for short, medium or long periods.

A person submitting a request on behalf of a company declares that they are authorized to provide the relevant information and to communicate with DEXROM GROUP regarding that request.

4. Estimates generated by the estimator

The estimator available on the website may calculate an indicative price based on information entered by the user, such as:

  • the type and number of pallets;
  • the selected dimensions or storage category;
  • the selected storage period;
  • additional services and operations requested;
  • other information relevant to organizing the storage service.

The result displayed by the estimator:

  • is indicative only;
  • does not constitute a firm or accepted offer;
  • is calculated based on the information entered by the user;
  • may be modified after the physical characteristics of the goods have been checked;
  • does not include operations or costs that have not been selected or described;
  • does not replace the final quotation and the contract signed between the parties.

If the information initially provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the goods differ from the situation described when received, the estimate and final quotation may be revised.

5. Submitting a request

By completing the contact form or the estimator, the user submits a request for assessment and quotation.

Submitting a form does not mean:

  • automatic acceptance of the goods;
  • reservation of storage space;
  • confirmation of the requested date;
  • conclusion of a contract;
  • an obligation on DEXROM GROUP to provide the requested service.

After receiving the request, the DEXROM GROUP team may contact the requester for clarifications, documents, photographs, technical specifications or other information required for assessment.

6. Quotation and commencement of the business relationship

A business relationship may begin only after the relevant stages have been completed, which may include:

  • analysis of the request and the characteristics of the goods;
  • clarification of operational requirements;
  • submission of the final quotation;
  • acceptance of the quotation by the client;
  • signing the contract or other applicable commercial documents;
  • issuing and paying the relevant payment documents, where applicable;
  • confirmation of the goods receiving schedule.

The specific conditions regarding services, rates, payment, duration, liability, receipt and release of goods will be established in the final quotation and in the contract concluded between the parties.

If there is any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and a contract signed with the client, the provisions of the signed contract will prevail for that business relationship.

7. Information provided by the user

The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted through the website.

In particular, the requester must correctly provide:

  • identification and contact details;
  • the company they represent;
  • the type, quantity, dimensions and weight of the goods;
  • the condition of the goods and any handling instructions;
  • any risks, restrictions or legal requirements applicable to the products;
  • the estimated receiving date;
  • the additional operations requested.

DEXROM GROUP is not responsible for inaccurate estimates or delays resulting from incomplete, incorrect or late information.

8. Goods and acceptance conditions

The website currently presents warehousing services for palletized goods, boxes and parcels, commercial products and other non-perishable goods that can be stored under the available warehouse conditions.

Actual acceptance depends on verification of the characteristics of the goods, packaging, quantity, weight, dimensions, required conditions and available space.

Unless expressly approved in writing, the following are not considered automatically acceptable:

  • perishable goods or goods requiring controlled temperature;
  • dangerous substances or goods;
  • flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive products;
  • goods whose possession, transport or storage is prohibited or restricted;
  • damaged, unstable, insufficiently packaged or improperly labelled goods;
  • goods requiring special conditions that were not previously disclosed;
  • goods that do not correspond to the information provided in the request.

DEXROM GROUP may request additional documents and may refuse receipt of goods where the applicable conditions are not met or where storage could create risks for people, premises, equipment or other goods.

9. Packaging, labelling and goods documentation

The client must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, secured and labelled and that they are accompanied by the commercial and operational documents required for their handling.

Unless otherwise agreed in the final quotation, the initial preparation of the goods, product compliance and provision of the necessary documents remain the responsibility of the client.

Any requirement for repackaging, relabelling, sorting, palletizing or other additional operations must be communicated and confirmed separately.

10. Goods receiving and scheduling

Goods are received only following prior scheduling confirmed by DEXROM GROUP.

The date entered in the estimator is the estimated date requested by the client and does not represent automatic confirmation of goods receiving.

The client must comply with the time interval and conditions communicated for delivery. Delays, quantity differences or unforeseen operations may result in rescheduling or additional operational costs.

11. Additional services and operations

In addition to storing goods in the warehouse, the following operations may be available, depending on the request and operational availability:

  • forklift handling;
  • scheduled receiving;
  • wrapping and labelling;
  • sorting and repalletizing;
  • checking or inventorying goods;
  • other operations established in the final quotation.

These services are not automatically included in the storage price and are confirmed separately before being performed.

12. Prices and payment

Final prices are established through the accepted quotation, contract, order, annex or other commercial documents submitted to the client.

The quotation may take into account:

  • the occupied space and type of storage unit;
  • the selected storage period;
  • the characteristics and volume of the goods;
  • the frequency of goods receiving and release;
  • additional operations;
  • the resources and equipment required;
  • applicable taxes and fiscal obligations.

Invoicing terms, due dates, payment conditions and the consequences of late payment are established in the commercial documents and contractual provisions applicable to each business relationship.

13. Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without delays or errors.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security, remediation of technical issues or causes beyond our control.
